After for such a long time thanks to god a new event has come. We were able to go on tour again, only for one day to be precisely but even this was such a great feeling.
Right then - we started at 5:30 am and drove to Innsbruck where we picked up Carmen.
At 6 am we went on to the Brenner and straight to Milan. Right before we entered Milan we allowed ourselves a good Cappuccino at a rest. Well, to be honest – it wasn’t really a good one but who cares?
At round about 10 am we finally arrived in Milan and searched for a car park near the Piazza Del Duomo. After we parked the car we went on to the hotel where Anastacia would stay during her Milan experience.
We asked a police officer for the way and started for a very motivated walk cause by using this way we were also able to see some beautiful parts of Milan. As usually we found everything on this route but not the hotel. We decided to ask another person and finally took the underground because the way was quite too far to walk.
After we finally found the hotel we met five nice Italians who already waited in front of the entrance. They welcomed us and after just a few seconds they recognized Babs who they obvious already knew and everyone wanted a photo together with her.
Right now I’m asking myself who is the star – Anastacia or Babs???
At 2 pm Wayne came out of the hotel and told us that they are in hurry but Anastacia would come for a few minutes. I can tell you – he was so sexy again. He wear a black shirt with big white A on it and so nice and gentle. Of course the Italians where completely flabbergasted because it was their first personal meeting with Anastacia.
Just a few minutes later Anastacia came through this swing door straight over to us. She had a bride smile in her face and seemed to be very relaxed and in a great condition.
She directly started to sign and everyone made pictures together with her. Everyone where so happy to meet her again.
Babs and I had taken the red shoes with us which we got at ebay. She laughed right when she’s recognized her shoes and said “Oh, my shoes from the I’m outta Love video” She also signed these shoes and Babs also gave her present. It was a DVD including all interviews which she’d already given in Germany for her new album.
I don’t know if you already recognized it but in nearly every second sentence Anastacia sais "you know". Well we laughed our asses of and for that reason the idea for that DVD came up.
Babs finally accompanied every "you know" with a "ping" and also included a counter. So now every "you know" will be counted and at the end we came to the sum of 137 "you know" in only round about 50 minutes.
But now back to our meeting – when Babs wanted to hand over the DVD, she just started to set her sign pen on the cover but Babs explained "it is for you" and her smile seemed to be even more bride.
Seems like she already had missed our special presents. To be honest – I’m absolutely interested in their first reactions when they watch this DVD. Hopefully she still talks to us afterwards but I think she has a big sense of humor.
Just after a short time they said goodbye and started to the first promo appearance for that day.
Ana finally showed us the "L" through her window and just a second later they where gone. She was so beautiful again and because of my excitement I didn’t really recognized what she wear. I recognized her Jeans later during her MTV appearance. Well that’s how Anastacia is confusing us but this isn’t new knowledge for us.
We went back to Piazza Del Duomo where Sabry, Fede, Alice some other Italians already waited for us. The welcome was very open hearted and we were just happy to meet our Italian friends again.
Anastacia already was inside the TRL studio and we waited until she came out on the balcony. On the other side of the piazza they’d installed a big screen where they broadcasted the show but unfortunately without sound.
Then Aanstacia finally came out on the balcony and waved down to us and it seemed to be funny for her to look down to her fans cause she shaked her body in a funny way.
Ana and the female host picked some fans out of the crowd who were able to go into enter the studio last minute.
The girls of Anastacia The Italian Dream seemed to have a monopoly on luck that day cause they were allowed to enter the studio.
A few minutes later Ana came back on the balcony and waved down again. We’d recognized her bride smile and she seemed to be very happy to see all these fans. Then she went in again and we waited calm until Sabry and Fede and the other people escaped the studio.
They told us that Anastacia had talked about today’s shoe experience and how she signed them. After our group where completed again we finally went on to the next radio station. Ana already had been inside and in front of the station round about 50 fans waited for her. At round about 5 pm they opened the gate and the car with Anastacia and Wayne came out.
Unfortunately really unfortunately and this is what I absolutely didn’t understand and accept some Italian fans kind of attacked the car and surrounded it. We stood on the other of the street and watched this crazy bustle. Some people even tried to catch a view on Anastacia putting their face on the side window of the car. I think she was more frightened than happy about that so no wonder that they immediately escaped.
If it maybe went on "normally" she maybe would turn down the side window and wave to say goodbye but that was absolutely impossible in this situation.
We finally went back to Piazza del Duomo where we said goodbye to some of our friends. Our stomach had already talked to us for while so we decided to go out for snack and a really good cappuccino.
At 7 pm we said goodbye to the girls very sad about these Italian fans who weren’t able to show respect and happy about our experiences.
