I wanna use the next few lines to explain something about the history of the origin of the "Official Anastacia Fanclub". Everything began after my first visited concert on October 30th 2004 in Vienna. I had already been a fan but this concert has been so fascinating for me that I wanted to know more about this woman. So I started to visit various websites and got in touch with some very nice people. Tatjana was one of the first people I got to know and at the beginning we were just joking and had conversations about the fact that there wasn’t really an organized fanclub. The idea was born. I didn’t think a lot and just started to put this idea into practice.

I asked for some facts at the responsible offices and searched for the necessary second person who I found in Sabrina. We both founded the official accepted "Anastacia Fanclub Austria" on December 29th of 2004. A lot of people made fun of our idea but this only motivated me to work even harder for the fanclub and I think now everybody of these skeptics know that it works. At the same time I started to work on a website. At this time I had no clue how to do this but one of my friends, Christian and his son, had been an energetic support.

The fanclub worked perfect right from the beginning and the number of members increased very fast and from year to year it went up. Our experiences which we made since December 2004 are some things that we couldn’t describe and are more than we’ve ever expected. It’s just amazing and unforgettable. For example, if someone told us in 2004 that we’ll do an exclusive Interview with Anastacia, we would have thought they were completely bonkers. Which fanclub get’s an interview with its star!? Well, life is full of surprises.

Since the last few years a lot of things which no one expected just happened. Together as a fanclub we visited dozens of concerts and we often had the possibility to meet Anastacia in person.
Because of our conspicuous red t-shirts we soon had a name in the fan base. Already at February the 15th of 2005 we were lucky enough to meet Anastacia for the first time in Vienna. I think since this day we are in her mind as the "Red Shirts" as well ‘cause she recognizes us at every concert.

In 2010, we took another big step. Anastacia gave us the opportunity to sell the almost forgotten "Survivor Chick Shirts" through our online shop. The big time had come on 6th March 2010. While we were shooting a little commercial video for those shirts, Anastacia declared us "official". From this day on we started into the new era of the "Official Anastacia Fanclub".

The intention of the international official fanclub of Anastacia is to unite Fans and support Anastacia in raising breast cancer awareness! Together we can make a difference!!!
