Summer concert at Schloß Rosenborg

On Friday, 17th June 2011, it was time for me to go to Copenhagen, i went there by train, plane, everything you can imagine. Slowly people were gathering in the city and we checked out the venue from outside.
It was a really nice view next to the castle and barracks. The stage has been beautiful too, because she was in the middle of big and small. At night we went to the Hard Rock Café together and have been looking forward to the next day.

At the next morning, after a lack of sleep, we took our towels and umbrellas to the venue and it was time to wait, wait, wait. The band and Anastacia arrived around noon for the soundcheck and waved out of the car. From the soundcheck we could recognize the songs that were going to be performed that night and you could recognize that Anastacai was in a utter good mood. That made us stay happy although there was some rain to stand.
When the entrance started we all got into the front row and we’re happy that the show was soon about to start. The support act was some Danish  band who played some beautiful songs.

Slowly we were getting nervous, thus it’s only been a few minutes til Anastacia was due to come on stage and when it was about to start we didn’t feel the raindrops anymore.

She was wearing a wonderful dress and a leather jacket combined with glasses. “Why’d You Lie To Me” was the opening song and you could tell from the first second on how well all people got along. Even with „I Can Feel You“ she was smiling and the band infected everyone with their good mood.
The third song was “Sick And Tired” and she asked the audience to sing with her and even overtake some parts. “Rearview” followed, one of the most amazing songs which appears rarely on her playlist, thus is kind of special.
When singing the line „every road still leads me back to you“ of „Cowboys And Kisses“ she was pointing at her fanily, which was very touching! At the end of the song someone put a chair on stage for her a little to early.

“You’ll Never Be Alone” followed and she sang it very emotional and it brought many fans to tears once more. The audience was meant to take part in “I Call It Love” because Anastacia forgot some of the lyrics which made her even more likeable and we changed the situation into pure fun because she was happy about the fans that clearly knew the lyrics.

The next song was "Welcome to my truth" where Anastacia was showing Love Hands. It was nicely put as we’re used to hear it from her. It got exciting when she sang „Paid My Dues“ and picked a boy of the audience to join her on stage. He again was only companion of his girlfriend and he did not know the lyrics. But that was not much of a problem because Anastacia had fun with him anyway and they danced.

“Pieces Of A Dream” followed and it was just beautiful!! Rita threw a crown on stage during those two songs, which Ana pulled on her head and waved like a queen, it’s been so cool!

When she changed her outfit, she came back in black pants and a black shirt combined with a jeans jacket. She sang “I belong to you” as a duet with Maria and they were harmonizing perfectly. She was involving the audience again for „Underground Army“, pointing at her fans singing “I feel better when you feel better too” and you could tell, that she meant it from her heart.

The last 5 songs have been “Not That Kind”, “One Day In Your Life”, “I’M Outta Love”, “Heavy Rotation” and “Left Outside Alone” and we were just partying for our lives. We were jumping and singing, having so much fun with each other and Anastacia gave full power not only for the singing but also for the dancing. It was a wonderful concert with her, lots of emotions and fun. We cheered on about the evening in the Hard Rock Cafe and went back home at the next day.
